Flash Athletes compete at JO Regional Track and Field Meet
Granite State Flash bantam athletes Sophia Walker, Nathan Kittredge and Jacob Kittredge
traveled to upstate New York on Saturday July 10, 2005 to compete at the
USATF Regional Championships in Queensbury New York. Sophia Walker competed in three events finishing 8th
in the 400 meter with a time of 1:18.12 and placing 5th in the 800 meter with a
personal record time of 3:01.7. Sophia also placed 6th in the long jump with a jump of 10’-01.00.
Jacob Kittredge qualified for the National Championships by placing 3rd in the
1500 meter with a time of 5:48.19. Nathan Kittredge placed 5th in the 800 meter posting a time of 2:54.8.
The National Championships were held in Indianapolis, Indiana
